We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns of unused items within 30 days from the date you've received all your items.
Items must be in their original condition, unused or damaged, including original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
If the Item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Exchange Process:
Step1: Contact Customer Care Please contact our customer service team by emailing info@kaltonbeauty.com and provide your order number along with the reason for return and pictures of the item.
Step2: Receive Return Address Our customer service team will get in touch with you as soon as possible and provide a return authorization and further instructions, including the return address.
Step3: Sending Tracking Number After returning the item, please send the tracking number to our email address. Make sure to include your order number on the package.
